Focus on Depression

 

Do you often find yourself feeling sad or discouraged?

Have these feelings changed your daily routines or behavior?

The goal of this 10-week program is to provide a safe environment where you can work with a therapist to determine your level of depression and then introduce tools and techniques to deal with it by investigating the following:

  1. Understanding depression and its repeating nature
  2. Recognizing the signs of depression
  3. Revising negative core beliefs
  4. Handling grief/loss
  5. Developing self-esteem
  6. Adding fun and recognizing achievements in life
  7. Identifying personal triggers
  8. Developing mechanisms to handle it
