The goal of this 8-week program is to provide a safe environment where you can work with a counselor to introduce tools and techniques to deal with your emotions by investigating the following:

  1. Eliminating negative core beliefs
  2. Handling grief/loss
  3. Identifying personal triggers
  4. Developing self-esteem
  5. Adding enjoyment and recognizing achievements in life
  6. Developing healthy life-skills
